Christmas for Refugee Exhibit at Major Conference
Religious Freedom Coalition designates entire exhibit as social conservative event to Christmas for Refugees!
The Values Voter Summit is the largest gathering of social conservatives in the nation and it is held here in Washington, DC each year. Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council is the main organizer of the event, but there are dozens of sponsors including American Values, Liberty Counsel, American Family Radio and the Religious Freedom Coalition.
As part of the Religious Freedom Coalition’s participation in bringing thousands of social conservative activists to the Values Voter Summit, it maintain an exhibit in the main hall of the hotel where the annual event is held. The photo at right shows the large posters explaining our Christmas program, and the literature that was made available.
Several visitors to our exhibit said they would present the information to their pastors in hope of getting their church involved in the Christmas for Refugee program
It is crunch time. We need $41,000 to expand the Christmas dinner program to 1,000 children in Lebanon, and the churches there are pushing us to try for 1,500. The program in Jordan where there are fewer churches stays the same, but still needs to be fully funded. Your support over the next 60 days in absolutely crucial. Please help these children.
